This is a magnificent way to kick off a Monday morning. We will start out with 30 mins Core on the Floor- a class designed to loosen you up and strengthen your core. Then we will finish with 30 mins heart pumping indoor cycling, all while watching the sunrise over beautiful Commencement Bay. (Sunrise not guaranteed on overcast days, or in the winter. Smiles and good vibes guaranteed daily.)
Instructor-led class. Tone every muscle- biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, legs (glutes!) using free weights, body weight, and sometimes a stretchy band.
**Note- we will be using 3, 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells for this class.
Circuit style. Low intensity class designed for beginners and people with special concerns, OR ANYONE who needs fitness to meet them where they are. We will do a variety of exercises focused on stabilization, muscular/core strength, and low impact aerobic conditioning.
** Special concerns include but are not limited to fitness level (beginner), heart conditions (or other health challenges), scoliosis, bone density, joint replacements, recovery from injury, etc.
This circuit-style class combines the Three Pillars of fitness:
CARDIO + CORE + STRENGTH. We will do a variety of exercises designed to get your heart pumping, train your core, and strengthen your muscles with NO tire flipping involved!
In honor of my ONE Friend who loves Burpees-- this class will be a 30 min all out cardio fest. Including fun stuff like jump roping, skater hops, ladder drills, rebounder jogging, ladder/cone drills and yes, one or two (or 20 burpees) *sigh. We will probably mix in a couple core exercises so you can catch your breath. :)
We will kick off this class with 20 minutes of Core on the Floor, then finish strong with 25 minutes of Tone De Muscles with Free weights. Goal: target every muscle group! Arms, legs, CORE.

Build Muscle with a small group of your fellow pals (4 people max) who want to get buff.
**Must complete 8 one on one sessions with NASM certified personal trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise. This is where you will learn how to lift weights in a way that will not harm your joints. Also, you'll be so excited to get out from under the obsessive watchful eye of this trainer that you'll learn fast!
This circuit-style class combines the Trifecta of fitness:

In this class we will "cycle" through imaginary roads, up and over mental mountains, handle the hills and sweat it out together while listening to some great tunes, and maybe share a joke or a great story along the way. This is indoor cardio fitness at its finest.
Instructor-led class working on things we all need to age with mojo. Exercises for developing and maintaining balance, postural alignment, aerobic conditioning, coordinated movement patterns, flexibility, muscular strength... and maybe getting up off the floor? We are not ageist here. Anyone senior-ish welcome.

Seriously though, this class lays the foundation for spinal alignment, joint stability and fascial mobility. We will go through a series of core exercises/stretches designed to strengthen, lengthen, mobilize and stabilize...to get you out of pain!
Core on the Floor...it's better than YOUtube, or scrolling of any kind.

Join us for a 30-minute morning spin to warm up de muscles ... then stay for 30 mins of Instructor-led Tone de Muscles. Target all major muscle groups with free weights; biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, and legs (Glutes!). You'll be surprised at what we can accomplish together in 30 mins.

Primary focus: building strength gradually, maintaining core stability (due to the hormone relaxin), low impact aerobic intervals to keep heart and lungs healthy, and did I say CORE? Do you miss feeling uncoordinated in old school aerobics classes? Join us for some laughs (at yourself) and have fun reliving the good old days while jammin to remixes with your new friends in fitness! We may do step aerobics, floor aerobics, a kick box move or two, jazzercise (JK) and possibly a dance move or two. Let's see where the morning takes us!
Join us for another fabulous Two-fer... 30 mins spin cycle plus 30 mins cardio blasting fun stuff: rebounder, ladder drills, Bosu running, box hops, squat jumps, jump roping... and a core exercise mixed in here and there so you can catch your breath. Improve cardiovascular health plus speed, agility, and a little power training!
